THE PROCESS OF ACQUISITION OF THE CERTIFICATE
01. Submit a Request
You will submit a request which will allow us to prepare an action plan which should be approved by both parties. The Request will be sent by email or physically to be able to offer you a technical and financial offer to be approved by the Manager.

Audit
We will perform a full audit of your system to ensure it complies with certification requirements. The audit will be followed by an evaluation to be able to test the degree of compliance of your system with the requirements of each standard in order to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
03. Delivery of the Certificate
The quality certificate is issued. The certificate is valid for three years (provided the company remains committed to meeting the requirements).
04. Maintenance
Two annual audits will be carried out for two consecutive years from the date the certificate is issued. If the company does not authorize us to carry out the audits, the certificate granted will be taken back without a refund of any payment. The certificate will also be removed from the main website.
